Epic Snow

Sometimes you just need gratuitous documentation of phenomenal snow...

Fernie Alpine Resort, coming off of a near record snowfall of 90+ cms (nearly 3 feet) in 18 hours has now over 15 feet of total snowfall this season!

Fernie Alpine Resort, Kicking Horse Mountain Resort and Kimberley Alpine Resort are the snow leaders in the Rockies. "We have the deepest snow in the Rockies in North America right now and the most terrain open", says Matt Mosteller. We have been wide open, 100% of the mountain in Fernie since early December. "Deep, soft, natural snow and ski in/ski out lodging makes Fernie, Kicking Horse or Kimberley the natural choice for your ski vacation this winter", added Mosteller.
