The snow gods continue to tease us with another huge dump of over 50cms of snow up high across the Australian Mountains.
In Thredbo there is already 30cms in the village already, and it is still snowing heavily and is forecast to continue for the day. The snow level is incredibly low elevation and snow has accumulated and continues to accumulate in Jindabyne and town through out the mountains.

With lifts officially shut for the season across the country, the storm is bitter sweet for snow lovers and the local economies who went through a very slow final two months of the winter that was spurred on by an unseasonal warm August across Australia.

The forecast is for more snow throughout the weekend. Click here for Forecast Charts and Maps
