Hilton Niseko Village
wonderful snowy mountain experience. great place for family.
Staying in this place is a wonderful experience. Activities in abundance and shuttles were provided.
Definitely a great family getaway spot, and most importantly the memories of this place. Even after a few years, the reminiscent of this place is still on an easy grasp of my memory storage.
Good place for 🎿. But it'ss a big pity that there is no executive lounge here for diamond member.
It is the baddest experience in my life.
The water supply in the 14 floor is dirty!
The food(dinner) is such a trash! There are even no any juice. They only supply coffee but without creamer. There is some water, and some tea that u just need to DIY. The food is not fresh at all. I can’t believe that it is a 5 star hotel.
Moreover, the fitness room need an extra fee. The hot spring is so small that I have never seen in Hokkaido. So if u guys choose this hotel, think about it twice. U can have better one at the same price.
Honestly with so many other options for accommodation in the Niseko area, stay elsewhere. The location is very inconvenient unless you have car, no sidewalks on almost all the roads, the shuttle runs super infrequently making only a few stops, and there are no buses. The hotel damaged one of my items when bringing our luggage up to our room (although they fixed it), the hotel rooms are horribly outdated, especially the bathrooms which are incredibly tiny and are the same as those found in cheap business hotels, not what you want when you pay for a 4 star hotel. Ours smelled ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. A few pieces of gym equipement are broken as well. Definitely not up to standard, especially for Hilton.
Good hotel service. Consider to be a big room in Niseko. Ski track is just right outside the entrance to the hotel. Good breakfast as well. Free car park. Good onsen.
