Metres, feet, inches, bootstraps. It doesn’t matter which way you measure it, Japan is being bombarded with a sh*t-ton of snow.
As of last night, Niseko has now received over 10m of snow. That’s right t-e-n, 10 – as of January 16. Truly epic, and it doesn’t seem like letting up. Well, there isn’t much more to say, other than that Japan is currently offering the best snow in the world…
After 27 days of consecutive snowfall, Niseko has received 1013cm of snow this winter, and is sporting a 410cm base.

Today on the hill
Groundhog day in Niseko. 25cm of fresh made for some epic turns, and the sun came out briefly throughout the day. Cold temps are maintaining the snow quality in Hakuba, and the sun was out today.
