Sep 10 2026 06:37 AM: It is a nice clear morning and sunny day ahead with a max temps of +9, it is currently zero degrees at the base in Perisher and -0.8 up the top with a cold SW wind at 17-28ks, expected to become light in the afternoon. We had an overnight low of -3.4 which has put a good freeze into the snow, the open runs topped up by the snowmakers overnight. _________________ Nine lifts are set to open today and Front Valley, Leichhardt Loop, the Cleft, Snowy Trails and Goats Gully have been groomed and will be firm early, softening later but should hold up pretty well. Yabby Flat and Front Valley parks are open, Front Valley with a long line of rail features. ___________ The groomers are doing a great job in maintaining the open terrain and it has been fun the past few days, so get out there while you can and have a good day. - Reggae
