ON THE GROUND REPORT
Aug 13 2026 07:01 AM: It snowed on and off yesterday but led to very little accumulation, maybe 3-4 cm but it was wet. There was a lot of fog and at 6.30am today it’s still foggy. The temp is only -0.4 and the wind is SW at 26-37kmh. Another ground hog situation: The groomers are going to be super sweet this morning but as we are enveloped in cloud the best runs will be the sheltered runs of Family, The Chute and Wombat. It will be skiing by brail up at the Summit. I’d definitely aim for early skiing as it’s likely to warm up a little by mid morning and become quite wet. The skiing should stay super good all day, perhaps a little porridgy in the afternoon. - Harro
