About Ben Lomond

Ben Lomond Ski Resort is Tasmania’s premier resort that offers spectacular alpine scenery within the Ben Lomond National Park. The National Park itself covers a staggering 16,527 hectares and includes the islands highest peak, Legges Tor, at 1,572m above sea level. The village road is also the highest in Tasmania and at its end reaches an elevation of 1460m. With only three snow guns, the season at Ben Lomond Ski Resort doesn’t typically kick off until July.
