Editor’s Note: In the world of snowboarding and skiing we get inundated with a plethora of images, every now and again you see some photos that really manage to capture the essence of that perfect day’s shred. It is photos like these that really remind me of why we like to do what we do… Enjoy!
There has been great snow conditions over the last week in Canterbury and a well needed top up of snow for all the New Zealand mountains. The club fields are all up and running and now have a good base.
We headed north from Queenstown to Mount Dobson and Round Hill in search of powder and found some great conditions.
With more snow forecast for the next few days, it’s looking like we might have some of the best conditions of the winter coming up. Now with a solid base and a forecast for another 60cm top up, there is going to be plenty of powder to be had.
