The kids have been let loose this Sunday in Thredbo at the Torah Bright Mini Shred. Groms and micro-groms, alongside a whole bevvy of professional skiers and boarders including Olympic champ, and golden girl Torah Bright, will get to session a custom-built course on Friday Flat. It’s anticipated that fomo (fear-of-missing-out) levels will be at an all-time high for those adults who’ll have to watch from the sideline. In all seriousness, the Torah Bright Mini Shred is a real-life merry-maker, allowing kids to rule-the-roost, shred their own course, meet new friends and do it all in the company of their idol (s), who’ll be right there beside them giving pointers and high fives. Did we mention the sausage sizzle too?

Make no mistake, this isn’t some invite-only, exclusive event, rather it’s open to any skier or boarder under the age of 18. For those who wish to enter or for the parent’s ready to provide their grom with an incredible experience, then register here . The event is free and the course is about the only thing exclusive to this event. It’s all kicking off at 9:30 am this Sunday (9th July) at the top of Friday Flat Terrain Park and registration will remain open until 10 am that morning.
