Valentino Guseli Signs Head-to-Toe Deal with Oakley

Mountainwatch | Press Release
Thursday 22 May: Oakley is proud to announce the expansion of its partnership with world class snowboarder Valentino Guseli. Already a member of the Oakley family for eyewear, 20-year-old Guseli will now represent Oakley Apparel as well, strengthening a relationship built on shared passion, performance, and innovation. Now backing the brand head-to-toe, it’s a natural next step in a partnership built on a shared hunger to push limits and keep progressing.
With less than one year until the 2026 Olympic Winter Games in Milano Cortina, Guseli is preparing to compete in his second Olympic Games, taking on a record three events – all before turning 21. He aims to make history by becoming the first male snowboarder to tackle slopestyle, halfpipe, and big air at an Olympic Games, an ambitious feat that demonstrates his relentless drive to push the limits of the sport.
Born in Canberra and raised on the snow, Guseli’s been shaking up the scene since day one. From throwing down the highest air ever recorded on a snowboard – 11.53 metres on a 2024 hip jump – to stacking wins with serious style, he’s a rider who doesn’t just show up, he shows out. His fire to keep evolving fits perfectly with what Oakley is all about.
Over the past two seasons, Guseli’s collected back-to-back World Cup park and pipe Crystal Globes, landed podiums across all three Olympic disciplines, and claimed big air and halfpipe titles that prove his versatility is the real deal.

“I’ve trusted Oakley eyewear to perform at the highest level, and now having the full support of Oakley Apparel is next level,” said Guseli. “With Milano Cortina 2026 around the corner, having the best gear matters more than ever. Oakley has always been about pushing boundaries, and that’s exactly what I aim to do every time I drop in. I’m stoked to take this partnership to new heights.”
Beau Emerton, Oakley Athlete & Events Manager ANZ, added: “Valentino’s drive, creativity and next-level mindset are what Oakley is all about. He’s not just competing – he’s rewriting what’s possible in snowboarding. Expanding this partnership to include apparel was an easy call. We’re all in on supporting him as he goes after history.”
This next chapter with Guseli marks another move in Oakley’s mission to back athletes with gear that’s built for the edge – no matter the conditions. As he gears up for the world’s biggest stage, Oakley’s right there with him, with the eyewear and apparel he trusts when it’s time to drop in.
