In this episode of the Chillfactor podcast, Reggae Elliss catches up with Pete Forras, a legend of the Australian snow industry and co-founder of Aussie snow brand XTM Performance. Pete grew up in Buller, his family  building and operating the legendary Kooroora Hotel, and like most local kids he fell into ski racing.

That lead to the national team, racing in the World Cup tour and ultimately representing Australian at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Canada. Pete is still a full-on snow frother and when he’s not in the XTM office in Torquay, you’ll find him hunting out fresh turns in the trees at Buller.
