Gear Guide – Nitro Fin Twin Snowboard, Video Review
Mountainwatch | Gear Guide
In this review our snowboard expert Joe Stanco checks out the Nitro Fin Twin, a board Nitro describe as a “tapered fish snowboard designed to allow every type of snowboarder to go deeper into the woods, navigate the tightest of trees, and slash pow all over the mountain with style and ease.”
After riding the Fin Twin last week in Thredbo, Joey’s thoughts are similar, saying, “This is your pow board, a little carver and it’s fun. In slush/ pow in Thredbo last week it was perfect.
“The tapered shape allows you to start and finish your turn a little bit quicker, and allows the nose to always stay on top of the surface, so it really helps in the slush and the powder cause the tip is always up, you don’t have to fight it.”
