BULLER Photo Snow Report – Groms Lovin’ Best Season Start

It was best start to a season in over a decade and everyone from first timers to advanced skiers and boarders were thrilled to be able to get out amongst it and enjoy some quality carving – even air and rail time!

There is a definite growth of hot kids ripping up the place. Charlie Comben, Jarrod Roden, Mitch Reeves and many others hot on the trot to becoming the new crop of stars of the industry and over the next couple of weeks we’ll be unveiling many more.

The Victorian resorts and in particular Mt Buller faired much better then the NSW counterparts with good weather over the weekend. With excellent snowmaking conditions week last week coupled with extensive natural snowfall, the resort was able to create sustainable ski runs with an average base of between 30-50cm that are still in great condition today as well as a fun terrain park. With that said, I’m getting out from behind the computer for a cruise around the resort to inspect how it’s going today. From my window, its looking really good with hardly anyone around! – Harro
