Buller’s Red Party Is Back – Fundraiser for Mt Buller Volunteer Ski Patrol

This Winter season sees the return of Mt Buller’s most celebrated community event. After a four-year hiatus, Mt Buller Ski Patrol Volunteers, supported by Bumps Snowsports and Mt Buller Ski Lifts are excited to announce the return of Buller’s best fundraiser – The Red Party, and it’s going to be an awesome night of fun, for a worthy cause.
Proudly sponsored by Bumps Snowsports and Mt Buller Ski Lifts, The Red Party on August 12th aims to bring the community together in a night of good times to help raise funds to aid in covering the costs of Advances Emergency Care courses undertaken by the 35 Volunteer Patrollers, who serve the community over the winter months.
Longstanding Patrol supporters The Ski Club of Victoria, will host the Red Party at the legendary and much-loved Dump Inn, also generously providing a complementary drink with each ticket purchased as well as delicious canapes later in the night.
Bringing joy and radness to the Red Party, making it the best event of the season, is DJ & Master of Ceremony, DJ Eddy who will host the evening and spin those signature Eddy tunes on the decks whilst dishing out prizes for the best dressed in Red guests.
They’ll be plenty of ways to show your support on the night, including a visit to Santa to pledge for Patrol, a jam-packed Silent Auction, the 50:1 big win raffle, plus limited-edition Patrol merch. There’re loads of opportunities for everyone to get involved to win big and small by supporting a great cause.
In addition to Bumps, BSL and the SCV, Mt Buller Ski Patrols Volunteers Fundraiser has received tremendous support from Panorama Resort Canada, the SCV (Ski Club of Victoria), Seven Hills Winery, Furphy and the Mt Buller News. Their generosity & commitment to community engagement & spirit of giving is truly commendable.

This fundraiser is an important acknowledgment of the team who work behind the scenes on our hill every day”. It’s a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our unique Buller community, whilst helping to support our Members in continuing to deliver the best patrol skills and advanced emergency care in Australia”.
Tickets for The Red Party will go on sale at www.trybooking.com, with the option to purchase either a standard Red Head ticket for $65 (includes a complementary drink) or a VIP Code Red ticket for $180 (includes a drink and a limited-edition Ski Patrol Canterbury jersey).
