It has been a good week in the Queenstown/Wanaka resorts after a top up of snow last weekend. High pressure delivered settled weather today and the fine weather will continue into the weekend, cold overnight temps maintaining quality dry snowpack.

A change due on the weekend should deliver high elevation snow ahead of snowfalls next week . Nick Hyne reports from Coronet Peak with thanks to Visit Queenstown and Lake Wanaka tourism.
