Thredbo Releases Winter 2024 Après Lineup

Thredbo Resort reveals the highly-anticipated lineup of music artists that will headline this winter’s calendar of après events.The massive lineup features 18 headline music acts including Bag Raiders, Client Liaison (DJ set), The Jungle Giants (DJ set), KLP, Peking Duk (DJ set), Poof Doof Ski Club, Sneaky Sound System, The Knocks (USA), Stace Cadet and more.
Boasting Australia’s biggest winter calendar of live music and entertainment, Thredbo is renowned for its huge music events that rival the international après scene, and this winter will be even bigger. For the first time, Thredbo will host nine straight weekends of major après events this winter. Taking the total number of headline events to ten, Thredbo has added two new events to the calendar, enabling even more guests to experience the incredible atmosphere of Thredbo’s winter après scene.

Non-Stop Live Music And Entertainment
In addition to the major headlining après events, Thredbo’s winter calendar features a daily schedule of live music and entertainment for guests to enjoy throughout the entire season.
Merritts Deck Sessions
Live music will take over the mountain every Sunday afternoon with Pirate Life Deck Sessions on the Merritts Mountain House Deck. Skiers and snowboarders can stop into the Merritts deck, grab a Pirate Life and enjoy a DJ set with all their favourite tunes.
Big Deck Energy at Black Sallees
One of the hottest spots on the mountain, Black Sallees is a crowd-favourite après destination for a reason. Now with live music every Saturday and Wednesday from July 27 – September 14, guests can enjoy a great après ski atmosphere with delicious Japanese food and drinks alongside stunning mountain views.
New This Winter | Après For The Whole Family
Après isn’t only for the young at heart in Thredbo! On July 11, Thredbo will host a free Kids Live Alpine Concert ft. The Beanies where kids can dance their hearts out while the parents enjoy drinks by the fire. Returning this winter, Thredbo’s Kids Snow Festivals offer a huge lineup of family-friendly après activities during school holidays including Lindt Chocolate s’mores, kids-only movie nights, kids-only flare runs & fireworks, family fun nights and more.
Flare Run and Fireworks Spectacular
Thredbo will continue to host its iconic Flare Run and Fireworks Spectacular every Saturday night during winter. Whether you are dancing underneath the fireworks to one of your favourite DJs at Alpine Bar or watching the mountain come to life with the family, this Thredbo experience is not to be missed.
Winter 2024 Opening Weekend
There are only 22 days to go until Thredbo’s Opening Day for the 2024 winter season on June 8. With first rides on the brand-new Thredbo Alpine Coaster, the first days of skiing and snowboarding plus a non-stop line-up of entertainment, dining, kids’ activities and more, the 2024 Opening Weekend is set to be Thredbo’s biggest yet.
