The season is pretty well done and dusted here in Australia, another August meltdown leading to resorts closing early with just two lifts on Perisher’s Front Valley still open. In the northern hemisphere however, anticipation for the upcoming winter is building after some early snowfalls, including pre-season powder days in Europe.

It is the time of year when the latest ski and snowboard films are about to premiere in the northern hemisphere and producers have been dropping trailers over the past few weeks. This adds to the excitement that the northern winter winter is just around the corner and these trailers may inspire you to head north after our lacklustre season
