Mention the words “DC MTN LAB” to any self-respecting snowboarder that lived through the early 2000s and you’re sure to bring a smile to their face. This compound became famous in action sports circles the minute Ken Block released the first-ever MTN Lab video to the world. This was an original viral video, long before the concept was even born.
It turns out that Block has decided the property is unsuitable for his 20,000 square-foot dream home, so it will now go under the hammer. Apparently it’s selling with no reserve, who wants to chuck-in?
