Jul 23 2026 07:30 AM: 6am Report: It is cloudy this morning with a few stars visible above the village and occasional showers falling as snow above Bunnywalk with a 2cms dusting up high. The temps are +2 in the village and -2.8 up the top where the wind is NW at 50-70km/hr, expected to swing west and ease to 20-30ks this morning. Hopefully that will happen before lifts open and we won't have any wind hold today. ______________The wind is blowing snow around up high and we shuck see a few softer wind-drifts later but it is still dust on crust (ice) off piste so another morning to stick to the groomed runs with Merritts, the Basin and Upper Supertrail the picks. The cover is still brown and thin around Bunnywalk and the High Noon steeps, but the snowmakers will have the chance to repair both over the next few nights with a run of sub-zero temps.
